Working German at A2+ is a strong plus and a hiring tiebreaker for Senior Consultant roles. The Projektleiter is the only required C1 German speaker; engineers communicate in English to the Projektleiter and asynchronously to the Mandant.

niogod™ engineers are not freelancers. Engagements are long-term, assignment-stable, and operate inside a sealed pod under a German Projektleiter. There is no client-direct freelance arrangement, no hourly time-tracking software, and no "bench-the-bench" rotation. The pod owes a Werk — defined deliverables under Abnahme — and the engineer's role is execution within that scope.
The Mandant interfaces only with the Projektleiter. Engineers receive technical direction from the Senior Consultant. This separation is contractual, not advisory.
